Founded by Hilaire Baxley, a former educator with over a decade of teaching experience, the business was born out of a passion for service and a strong foundation in education and finance.

Hilaire is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Master’s degree from UNC Greensboro. After being asked to serve as treasurer at her church, a role that inspired her to go back to school and pursue a new path, she earned degrees in Accounting & Finance and Business Administration, combining her love for organization, numbers, and helping others.

Today, Hilaire supports a variety of clients including construction companies, ministries, and solo entrepreneurs offering dependable, personalized bookkeeping solutions.
